For over 220 years, the President of the United States of America has delivered a report to the American people on the condition of the nation and issues facing the country. Tonight at 9pm EST, President Obama will address Congress and the Nation for the fifth time and lay out his agenda for the upcoming year. The President is expected to speak to a number of economic issues, such as job training, retirement security and helping those who are long-term unemployed.
