Yesterday eBay hosted Utah State legislators Senator Fillmore, Rep. Cutler and Rep. Hall, and Utah Clean Energy (UCE) representatives on a tour of eBay’s award-winning, LEED ‘Gold’ Certified data center in South Jordan, Utah.  

Led by site director, Glenn Calfee, and the eBay data center team, our guests learned more about the facility’s unique, next-generation technology innovations that promote efficiency, improve performance and reduce environmental impact.  In our commitment to greener commerce, eBay worked with the Utah State Legislature this year in support of legislation that would encourage increased generation and adoption of renewable energy in the state.
