Fernando Cubillas founded De Billas Luxury in 2015 as a way to make some extra money. A financial advisor by day, Fernando would work on gold-plating items such as Apple and Samsung watches in his free time to sell on eBay. As the demand for his products steadily grew, Fernando shifted his focus to De Billas Luxury full time. He moved from working out of his garage to opening up an office lab to increase his production in 2017. Today, although Fernando still does some financial advising, his main source of income is De Billas Luxury.
