Senator Al Franken (D-MN), seen here with eBay and PayPal Government Relations staff, paid a visit to eBay Inc.’s San Jose headquarters last week.  The Senator’s visit came as part of a tour of numerous technology companies in Silicon Valley. Senator Franken is a member of the Judiciary Committee and chairs the newly-created Subcommittee on Privacy, Technology and the Law./p>
