Tod Cohen, VP of government relations at eBay, talks with the hosts of eBay Radio about issues affecting eBay sellers and small businesses, and how eBay is fighting for them.

"...the (issue) that we are most concerned about is what would happen with distance sales tax, or the internet tax issue.  What it would generally do if it became law would be to impose another 10% tax across the board on all eBay small business sellers, and that would be a significant detriment to people using the site."
