In a report finalized ahead of the 9th Ministerial Meeting of the World Trade Organization, eBay draws up the contours of a trade regime for 21st Century trade patterns.

The report builds on the Commerce 3.0 research. It shares the views and recommendations that sprung out of the workshops eBay organized at the 2013 WTO Public Forum.  And it proposes ways of putting small businesses and consumers at the heart of world trade policy.

One of the report's recommendations, and highly relevant for the Ministerial Meeting, is that WTO Members give an ambitious and new mandate to the Work Program on Electronic Commerce.
