This week, during an interview with Bloomberg TV, Speaker John Boehner (R-OH) said that he believes the Internet sales tax bill would impose new burdens on small businesses and that he “probably” won’t support the bill. Speaker Boehner commented that “moving this bill where you’ve got 50 different sales tax codes, it’s a mess out there”, and that “you’re going to make it much more difficult for online retailers to be able to comply.”
