In upholding our spirit of giving back to the community, PayPal sponsored the Jurong Lake Run again this year, making this the third year in a row that PayPal supported the event. This year, the annual Jurong Lake Run in Singapore saw more than 16,000 participants and raised S$150,000 for 5 charities. Supported by partners including PayPal, the Jurong Lake Run saw a dollar donated for every kilometer completed by participants.

Handpicked by the Deputy Prime Minister, the five beneficiaries of the event are Loving Heart Multi-Service Center, Providence Care Centre, The MCYC Community Services, Thye Hua Kwan Social Service Hub @ Bukit Batok East and Beacon of Life Academy.
