eBay CEO John Donahoe recently met with Korea’s Science, ICT and Future Planning Minister Choi Mun-kee in Seoul. The two discussed online commerce and the role it plays in expanding the creative economy. During the meeting, Minister Choi requested eBay’s help in supporting and protecting online merchants. According to an article in the Korea Herald, supported the Korean government's measures, including the expansion of cross border trade, which would enable Korean merchants to sell their products abroad through eBay.
